Finished Plate
Shredded Chicken + bag of broccoli slaw + diced orange pepper + soy sauce to taste
Cashews, green onions, cilantro, hot sauce, butter lettuce leaves
Additional soy, mustard or ume plum vinegar to taste
I cooked a whole chicken in the crock pot for 8 hours on low. Just added some garlic cloves, broth, ground ginger and salt to the chicken.
