My sweet little girl said it would be nice if we could make cinnamon rolls like Nana makes. My mom makes the best cinnamon rolls. I can't compete. But, there is always a possible solution...so after a little Google-ing we experimented with this recipe for breakfast this morning:

The results turned out pretty good for a recipe that uses all almond flour. I had happy campers with their cinnamon muffins, bacon and herbal tea for breakfast. In all honesty, they said they weren't as good as Nana's. Which I expected. I can't compete with the texture of homeade yeast risen dough. However, they each ate one muffin and were stuffed! (Protein!)
