Thanksgiving Potluck

The hubby and I hosted a potluck with our paleo/primal friends this weekend.  After a cumulative 9 birthdays for my children, I should know that if you don't appoint someone to take pictures of a party, it does not get done.  I think I snapped 3 photos of guests before I was sidetracked. So, no food photos.

Saturday morning we took the kids to see Santa arrive by train, it was super fun.  We went to Kaldi's coffeshop before to have coffee and a quick breakfast. (My kitchen was cleaned up and I wasn't getting it dirty again before the party.)  The hubby and I ordered a breakfast we have eaten a few times before (eggs, sausage, spinach, red peppers) but this time we both experienced some ill effects.  For example, I came home a few hours later and flat passed out on my couch. By that I mean passed out and drooling.  That hasn't happened in a long time.  Not such a great condition for getting your house ready for 30 people to come over.  Thankfully I have a very sweet husband that really pitched in and picked up the slack.  Getting "glutened" before a Paleo Potluck.  Not awesome.

Here is a list of what we had to enjoy at the Potluck, in case you are trying to decide what you can take to your family Thanksgiving meal. Everything was delicious...I don't have any recipes, but if you are reading this, you are on the INTERNET.  ;)
