Here is the rundown. Ideas for meals.
1)Eggs and bacon, eggs and salmon (cooked in coconut oil).
2)Burgers on the grill, salad (greens with dried cherries/pecans), dijon vinagerette. (1 part vinegar/2 parts walnut oil/ dab of dijon)
3)Chicken marinated in oil and some spices, grilled. (Leftovers)
4)Fruit, watermelon, strawberries, tiny grapes (from Global Market), starfruit
5)Red Curry Beef Stew from Everyday Paleo by Sarah Fragoso (basic ingredients: grass-fed beef, coconut milk, sweet potatoes, cabbage, red curry paste)
6)Beef and Okra Stew (my own "throw it all in a crockpot" recipe: grass fed beef, okra, tomatoes, carrots, seasonings)
7) smoothies (frozen fruit and can of coconut milk)
8) Nuts and seeds for snacks
9) Cole Slaw from Everyday Paleo (cabbage, mango, cucumber, balsamic vinegar,olive oil)
10)Leftovers from the stews and grilling went a long way!
See, this isn't hard! :) The biggest issue is my sweet tooth at night. Drinking herbal tea with cinnamon in it. Still tough.
